Kinderland (Cambodia) and TGIS are proud to announce the appointment of Mr Brenton Toh, Principal of both schools, as Head of the Education Committee of the Singapore Cambodia Connection.

The appointment by the SCC leadership recognises Mr Toh’s leadership, experience and contributions to education in Cambodia. In his new role, he will lead the Education Committee in developing and coordinating education-related activities and initiatives working closely with SCC leaders, members and community partners.

This appointment marks a significant milestone for Kinderland and TGIS, which are part of Singapore-based education group, Crestar Education Group. With their strong Sinagpore education foundations and commitment to nurturing confident, capable and globally minded learners, both schools seek to contribute positively to Cambodia’s education community, in line with the Cambodian Ministry of Education’s apirations for schools to play a meaningful role in the country’s education lanscape.

As Head of the Education Committee, Mr Toh will support SCC’s efforts to strengthen connections between Singapore and Cambodia through education, community engagement and collaboration. The committee will facilitate education-focused activities, student programmes, cultural initiatives and learning opportunities that bring together schools, educators, students, families and members of both the Singaporean and Cambodian communities.

Through shared learning experiences, cultural exchange and collaboration, the Education Committee of the SCC aims to foster greater understanding and friendship between the two countries, while creating meaningful opportunities for the wider community.

For Kinderland and TGIS, Mr Toh’s appointment also reflects the schools’ commitment to contributing to the broader Singapore-Cambodia community. Through their educational prgrammes and community parterships, both schools will continue to support oppportunities that encourage students to learn, connect and develop a global outlook.
